Paul and Deborah Clements, of Rawmarsh, Rotherham, died after their Volkswagen Passat was hit on the A64 by a coach carrying youngsters from a marching band, on their way to a competition in Filey on September 21.
The couple, aged 40 and 39, had a 16-year-old son and were described as “fantastic” by close friends. The arrests are the fourth to have been made in connection with the incident.
Police questioned the 52-year-old coach driver, also from Staffordshire, who is reported to be called Robert Oughton.
He has been bailed until November.
The coach, owned by Staffordshire company 1-4-You Coaches, was carrying 50 adults and children from the West Midlands.
Six people suffered minor injuries and were taken to Scarborough Hospital. The coach ran down Staxton Hill before hitting the Passat on the A64, running over a mound into a field.
